Responsibilities: Honours Board, Bowron Foundation

Murry was previously responsible for convening the National Exhibitions (Natex), as well as managing the PSNZ Help Sheets, Print Circles and Recorded Lectures. evaluating International Salons and overseeing CameraTalk.

He is a member of the Nature Photography Society, Wellington Photographic Society and Greymouth Photography Club, as well as an accredited PSNZ judge for Open and Nature categories.

A resident of the West Coast (and often times Wellington) he was President of the Greymouth Photography Club from 2007 – 2010. In 2009 he convened the very successful 50th Southern Regional Convention in Greymouth.

Murry has an extensive list of photographic achievements and honours to his name and is widely known and respected in the industry.

His work has been published in numerous photographic, lifestyle and daily news publications throughout the country and he regularly presents and tutors on well-known industry workshops and conferences.

Murry is a consultant specialising in the oil and gas industry, and was a key consultant and expert witness for the Pike River Coal Mine disaster.
