The National Exhibition – 2010

The 59th National Exhibition (NATEX) was held in Nelson in mid April. This year Natex was convened by the Marlborough Camera Club and displayed at the National Convention which was hosted by the Nelson Camera Club.

Our sincere thanks go to Canon New Zealand who has been, for many years, a wonderful supporter of our Society. Canon's major sponsorship of the National Exhibition has allowed a more affordable cost to entrants and greatly aided the Exhibition's success.

There were 241 entrants with images spread across the following categories

• 29% – Open Prints
• 11% – Nature Prints
• 40% – Open Projected Images
• 20% – Nature Projected Images
