Photo Circles

One way to improve your photography is to critique other peoples photographs and to have others critique yours.

One way we do this is with Photo Circles. Approximately ten photographers circulate their work to other members by mail (for postal groups) or email (for digital groups). Constructive comment on each others’ work is encouraged.

The group is monitored by a Secretary, who sends out a roster of each circuit and ensures the circle is running smoothly. Two weeks are allowed to comment on photos with approximately two circuits a year.

Members are encouraged to keep in touch by adding a short letter to each round. This helps to get to know other photographers and is worthwhile to get feedback on your own photography.
