Judge Training Workshops for 2016 will be as follows:-
Wellington – 28th and 29th May 2016 – at the Karori Arts Centre.
Wanganui – 10th and 11th September – venue to be advised.
Nelson – 24th and 25th September – venue to be advised.
These popular weekend workshops are led by Bruce Girdwood FPSNZ and Shona Jaray APSNZ and have been a PSNZ feature since 2013.
Attending one of these workshops is of benefit not only to those who are contemplating becoming a PSNZ Accredited Judge. Participation in one of these workshops will enhance any photographer’s understanding and expectation of photographic assessment at club level. PSNZ Accredited Judges are also urged to attend as the workshops serve as an excellent refresher.
These workshops are free of charge to PSNZ members. For those who are not members of PSNZ there is a charge of $50 for the weekend. This helps to cover the cost of the manual which all attendees receive, and the catering. Alternatively, consider becoming a PSNZ member!
Workshop size is limited to 25 people. There is no expectation or pressure on those who attend to enrol to become a PSNZ Accredited Judge.
