Note:  For this year (2023) the judging of the Jack Sprosen Memorial Trophy Competition will be done remotely.

Results Notified:  On or before Thursday 4th May 2023
The winning entries will be shown at the PSNZ National Convention in Lower Hutt 20th-22nd October 2023

Categories

Each entrant may submit a maximum of two audio-visuals

1  Theme  (maximum time 5 minutes)
2   Documentary  (maximum time 7 minutes)
3   Music Poetry and Song  (maximum time 5 minutes)

Full PSNZ Member:                                     One AV:   $20          Two AVs: $32
Member of a club affiliated to PSNZ         One AV    $25          Two AVs  $35

Entry Information

Please read the rules of this competition first.
Before you go to the entry form, please make sure you have the following information ready:

1   Each AV saved as .mp4 (preferred)   (see rules for other formats)
2   Title  for each AV (maximum 40 characters)
3   Category
4   Length of each AV
5   An image which is representative of each AV which will be used for publicity- saved in jpg format, no larger than 2MB

WeTransfer allows files up to 2GB to be uploaded free.

Postal Address for USB entries.

Let the organiser know if you are planning to post your entry.

(Please include a prepaid and addressed envelope for the return of your USB stick)

Your AVs will be downloaded, tested and your entry form and payment checked.  You will be notified via email that your entry has been received, checked and accepted.
